Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ContractorAdvertising.ca website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.
Services Description
ContractorAdvertising.ca provides paid advertising management services including Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta advertising, retargeting, ad creative production, and analytics for Canadian general contractors. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement signed by both parties.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of all custom ad creative, copy, and landing pages created specifically for their engagement. ContractorAdvertising.ca retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Platform accounts remain the property of the client.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Management fees are billed on a monthly basis. Ad spend is separate from management fees and is billed directly by the advertising platform or passed through at cost. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted.
Limitation of Liability
ContractorAdvertising.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to changes in platform policies, algorithm updates, or market conditions affecting ad performance. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with thirty days written notice. Upon termination, client retains access to all advertising accounts and any creative assets developed. Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date. All terms regarding intellectual property and confidentiality survive termination.
